3. Vendor Responsibilities

4. Customer Obligations

Customers agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities. Refunds and disputes should be initiated through proper customer support channels.

5. Orders & Payments

All transactions are processed securely. SpiceCell.ae supports multiple UAE payment gateways. Once an order is placed, cancellations may only be made before shipment.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped across the UAE within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur due to logistics issues or vendor backlog. Tracking details are provided once the item is dispatched.
